Thank you for visiting and shopping at Birman Art. We take pride in creating unique, handmade sculptural pieces. Because our items are fragile art objects, we handle every order with the utmost care to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.

Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer reliable ground and expedited shipping options across the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (Rates calculated at checkout based on weight/distance)

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (Available for select regions)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volumes or weather conditions.


2. Order Tracking & Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Birman Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Damages & Fragile Item Care

Our sculptural bags are carefully packed in secure, cushioned packaging designed for fine art transportation.

However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

  2. Take clear photos of the damaged item and the box it arrived in.

  3. Email us at your store's contact email with your order number and the photos so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund for you.

6. International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery windows for international orders will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your country.
